Karl Lageferd for French Vogue

When the recipe consists of Karl Lageferd, his muse over time Vanessa Paradis and Vogue France the result can be nothing less than a masterpiece. It's interesting to notice how military-inspired look turns out to be ultra-feminine.The multi-talented Karl Lageferd once again manages to "make" fashion through art.

Breath of fresh air!

Julie Restoin Rotfield! Simplicity is the word that describes the style of this young woman... Here spotted outside the Louis Vuitton show in Paris she ensures us that a classic skirt, a classic shirt and a great pear of leopards can always be so fashion forward!

Small bag, big statement!

We are really used to see lots of oversize things lately, but this little bag definitely catches our attention!

All about the pants!

Spotted outside Chanel show! sometimes pants can be so feminine and sexy!

Games of Giants

The map of fashion industry changes rapidly with great cooperations that took place recently with Louis Vuitton Group scoring stake of Hermes and Tods collaboration with Saks New York.Concerning the first one,  it's worth waiting to see how and whether the intercourse of the two brands will affect the brand image an the design itself considering the fact that the two of them represent two different cultures and at the same time their core difference remains : Hermes representing the definition of exclusive luxury products and years waiting lists for models as Kelly and Birkin and Louis Vuitton as a classic brand of luxury goods that due to their mass production and economy of scale  can be more accesible.
However the LVMH representatives made clear that "LVMH  doesn’t intend to launch a tender offer, take control or seek board representation at the maker of Birkin bags."

Balenciaga, Versace and Jerome Rousseau for Disney

Who could ever expact such a collaboration? Still the executives of Disney saw a great chance for promotion in investing in fashions's major brands' creativity and of course brand awareness.Balenciaga and Versace were selected in order to design a womenswear and menswear line, respectively, for the up-coming movie produced by Disney, Tron: Legacy. The constantly more popular Jerome Rousseau, designed an exclusive line of shoes inspired by the movie, that will also be available in the mid-November in LA and later by selected retailers worldwide.
Rousseau as a designer that in the past had a successful design cameo in the Imaginarium of  Dr Parnassus, therefore exeperienced in the film industry was at the same time working for his latest collection inspired as a coinsidence from sci-fi films.Rousseau says that even though given complete freedom he remained astonished and heavily inspired by the film. The hi-tech  atmosphere and modernity presented in the film were perfectly captured in edgy stilettos but still female and sexy.Rouseau points out: "I wanted it to be something women wanted to wear, not just a salute to Tron—something that conveyed the mood and cool modernity of Tron without falling into a trap of a contrived design."

Margherita Missoni:Girl made of Fashion

Born  in 1983 and raised in Milan, by one of the worlds most famous fashion families, became soon as no surprise the ambassador of the fashion empire of Missoni. Her freshness as well as her adorable boho oriented style (matter of DNA?)  makes her especially popular among fashion media and has established her as one of the youngest style icons. Margherita though, seems to be convinced of folllowing her love for art and specifically acting by studing in New York  and making her first steps in entertainment industry.

Erin Wasson

The Texan girl with the Irish family routes could do nothing but shake the fashion world upside down. She's been one of the most successful models of the last decade walking on the catwalks of top designers (Balenciaga, Chloe,Armani, Lageferd),being photographed by Mario Testino ,Patrick Demarchelie for editorials of Vogue,Elle, Allure and many others. She has been the "face" of Maybelline New York and at the same time participated at the campaigns of world"s top brands from Rolex and Michael Kors to H&M and Gap.
But the story doesn't even stop here. This girl "owns" fashion. Her effortlessly cool style off catwalk and her depthless creativity has come into action with her personal line of jewlery LowLuv and her contribution in the womenswear collection of  the surf and skate label RVCA that has been very representative of her image ever since.
Not just another model-like doll,  Erin knows how to flirt with the camera more than anyone else and prove at its very best how humour and standpoint can turn out to be the most sexy aspect of a woman.
